Stuffed Turkey Bacon

  • 1 – turkey breast
  • Herb & garlic cream cheese
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 pkg bacon
  • asparagus

Slice your turkey breast into 1/2 inch slices and lightly pound the slices.  Spread the cream cheese on the slices.  Thinly slice your mushrooms and place them onto the cream cheese, then place the asparagus spears on the mushrooms.  Gently roll up the turkey breast. Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around the turkey breast. Use a toothpick to keep the bacon in place.  Place in a casserole pan, top with your favorite seasonings.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
